We do not charge additional fees for backorders, but delivery timeframes will extend accordingly.

Cancellations Before Shipment
You may request cancellation of an order before it has moved to the processing stage. Cancellation requests submitted after processing has begun cannot be guaranteed, as your bracelet, necklace, or pair of earrings may already be packed or handed to the carrier. To request a cancellation, log into your account and follow the cancellation procedure described in your order history. If cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to our Return Policy rather than cancellation.
